Managing Irrigation in a Water-Short Year

Purse Sense, CSUFresno Center for Irrigation Technology, and California Agricultural Technology Institue at CSUFresno present a grower workshop for managing irrigation practices.

Workshop includes:

11:30 to 1 pm- Tour of Fresno State vineyard and irrigation monitoring and management technology, Chemigation and Fertigation, Agricultural Pumping Efficiency Program outreach, Irrigation System Efficiency testing, online demonstrations and lates tools for planning and scheduling an irrigation.

1- 3 pm Speakers and presentations include: 1.Dr. David Zoldoske of CIT and Keith Hartley of Pure Sense- Welcome, 2. Dr. Florence Cassel "Knowing you soils- how salinity impacts irrigation decisions", 3.
